What is a fractional CIO, CTO or CISO?
A fractional CIO, CTO or CISO is an experienced technology executive who leads that function for your company part time, on a monthly retainer. The CIO owns IT strategy, budget and vendors, the CTO guides technology and platform direction, and the CISO owns security, risk and compliance. You get senior leadership for where your company is today, without the cost of a full-time hire.
How is Elevaire different from an MSP?
An MSP (managed service provider) runs day-to-day IT: the help desk, devices and break-fix support. Elevaire leads strategy and security: the roadmap, budget, vendors and risk decisions. We work alongside your MSP or internal team rather than replacing them. No IT provider yet? We'll set up the essentials and bring in a vetted partner for day-to-day support, with Elevaire accountable for the whole picture.

Yes. Foundation IT comes in three packages: Essentials, Plus and Complete. Essentials and Plus work with your IT team. No IT at all? Complete adds help desk and full IT support through our vetted IT partner.
